北京时间8月6日，猛龙终于成功留下了马塞-乌季里留下。
乌季里新的头衔是副主席和总裁，手中的权利更大。
他自2013年起就加盟猛龙，成为管理层重要一员。夏天合同到期，他一直没与猛龙续约，多支球队邀请他前往。
在猛龙期间，他率队取得成功，2019年夺冠。此前两个赛季，猛龙都没在多伦多的主场打球，但这个赛季将回归。
